OUR MISSION EMBARK supports self-development and personal growth in partnership with horses. As facilitators we partner with horses to develop unique opportunities that are fun, challenging and supportive for self discovery. Our herd of horses are gentle, patient and kind. They are 100% honest 100% of the time, which provides participants powerful feedback that may facilitate change, learning and growth. By stepping into the herd, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space to share, witness, feel, and release, leveraging the gentle, embodied presence of the equine partners to find connection and profound compassion. This experience invites you to lean into your grief, explore the truth about grief and loss, and teach you the 6 Needs of the Grieving for practical tools to gently facilitate emotional release and cultivate grounded stability. This three-hour session is a meaningful one-time experience and offers a valuable peek into the upcoming six-session series focused on integrating loss.
